Introduction to Chakras

Dropping Into Relaxation To attach With Nature

Apart from putting your consciousness and attention on the tactile sensations of one's outer skin whilst in a feeling of relaxation, the other way to heighten this sense is to feel the objects and components of the wilderness about you. Simply discover a component of nature you feel drawn to. Whether or not that is a rock, or perhaps a tree, or a twig, some soil or perhaps a leaf. Then gradually rub your finger tips along this object and discover the way it feels.

How To Do Your Own Vision Quest

When I am going on a vision quest I find a great deal of people begin to obtain immediate messages from nature and spirit around their intention for heading on the vision quest. For instance if they start to notice the scurrying of ants through a forest they may relate this to how they're presently living their life. Or if they discover an eagle soaring over they may interpret that as needing much more ease and grace within their current life scenario.
